This notice describes how VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. processes the personal data of SyncID service users.

Art. 2 - Categories of Data Processed
We process common data and special data necessary for SyncID generation: identification data, email, Telegram, browsing data, referral codes, support requests, date, time, and place of birth.
Art. 3 - Purposes and Legal Basis
Data is processed to provide SyncID, generate the synchronic profile, manage support, communications, and payments. The legal bases are contract performance and explicit consent.
Art. 4 - Retention
Data is retained for the time necessary for the service and, where required, for 10 years for tax and accounting obligations. Birth data is retained in encrypted form and associated with the profile.
Art. 5 - Disclosure to Third Parties
Data may be shared with Revolut, Brevo, Cloudflare, and the Onda Protocol provider, only for purposes essential to the service.
Art. 6 - Non-EEA Transfer
Any non-EEA transfers take place through adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can exercise GDPR rights by writing to info@vitaworld.io. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it.
Art. 8 - Automated Decision-Making Processes
The Controller declares that it uses supervised decision-making processes and excludes automated profiling with legal effects pursuant to art. 22 GDPR.
