This notice explains how VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. processes personal data for SyncID users.

Art. 2 - Data Categories
We process common data and special data needed for SyncID generation: identity data, email, Telegram, browsing data, referral codes, support requests, date, time and place of birth.
Art. 3 - Purposes and Legal Basis
Data is processed to provide SyncID, generate the synchronic profile, manage support, communications and payments. Legal bases are contract performance and explicit consent.
Art. 4 - Retention
Data is retained for the time needed for the service and, where required, for 10 years for tax and accounting obligations. Birth data is stored encrypted and associated with the profile.
Art. 5 - Third-Party Disclosure
Data may be shared with Revolut, Brevo, Cloudflare and the Onda Protocol provider only for service-critical purposes.
Art. 6 - Non-EEA Transfers
Any non-EEA transfers are based on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Art. 7 - Data Subject Rights
You can exercise GDPR rights by writing to info@vitaworld.io. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it.
Art. 8 - Automated Decision-Making
The Controller uses supervised decision processes and excludes automated profiling producing legal effects under GDPR art. 22.
