Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the SyncID service offered by VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. Purchase implies full acceptance of the ToS.

Art. 2 - Service Definition
- The service generates a SyncID, a personal synchronic profile processed on the spacetime data provided by the user.
- SyncID is a one-time digital product.
- The price is €69.00 VAT included.
Art. 3 - Product Nature and Delivery
- SyncID is entirely digital.
- Generation starts at the time of the request and delivery occurs after payment confirmation.
- The VUOF (Verified Universal Object File) is available in the user’s personal panel.
Art. 4 - Exclusion of the Withdrawal Right
Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the withdrawal right is excluded for digital content supplied on a non-material medium when execution has begun with express consent.
Art. 5 - Intellectual Property
Protocollo Onda®, VITA Kernel Sync®, the VUOF format, and service components remain the exclusive property of VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. Copying, modifying, decompiling, or distributing the service without written authorization is prohibited.
Art. 6 - Liability Limitation
SyncID is an exploratory self-knowledge and decision-support tool. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Art. 7 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The ToS are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the Court of Naples has jurisdiction.
Art. 8 - Changes to the Terms
VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. may modify these terms. Changes are effective from publication on the official website.
