Art. 2 - Service Definition

1. The service generates a SyncID, a personal synchronic profile based on spacetime data provided by the user.
2. SyncID is a one-time digital product.
3. The price is €69.00 including VAT.

Art. 3 - Product Nature and Delivery

1. SyncID is fully digital.
2. Generation starts when requested and delivery occurs after payment confirmation.
3. The VUOF (Verified Universal Object File) is available in the user's personal panel.

Art. 4 - Withdrawal Exclusion

Under Italian Consumer Code art. 59, the withdrawal right is excluded for digital content supplied on a non-material medium when execution begins with express consent.

Art. 5 - Intellectual Property

Protocollo Onda®, VITA Kernel Sync®, VUOF format and service components remain exclusive property of VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. Copying, modifying, decompiling or distributing the service without written authorization is prohibited.

Art. 6 - Liability Limitation

SyncID is an exploratory self-knowledge and decision-support tool. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice.

Art. 7 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the Court of Naples.

Art. 8 - Changes

VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. may modify these terms. Changes are effective upon publication on the official website.
